- Who pays for AI tokens?
- You do, directly to your AI provider — Anthropic, OpenAI or any OpenAI-compatible one: Autofix runs on your own API key, and Buglapse doesn't charge for tokens or add a markup.
- How do I pay for Pro or Team?
- Online payment isn't available yet. Choose a plan and send a request — your organization's plan is switched on request. Paying for a year upfront saves 20 %.
- How do quotas work?
- Quotas are monthly and shared by all projects in the organization, counted separately for each event type: errors, spans, logs and replays (sessions are free and never limited). As a quota runs low or a spike hits, Buglapse samples that type instead of cutting it off, always keeping the first events of every new issue. Once a quota is used up, events of that type are turned away until the 1st — the owner gets an email at 80 % and 100 %.
- How long is data kept?
- It depends on the plan and the data type — see the retention rows in the comparison table above.
- Where is data stored?
- In Russia: servers, databases and replay recordings are in a data center in Moscow, and we don't transfer them abroad. The exception is the AI features: Autofix sends the error's data and code to the AI provider you connected yourself; with a local model they never leave your network.
- Can I get a custom plan?
- Yes, individual plans with custom quotas and retention are available. Contact us and tell us about your volume.
- Can I install it on my own server?
- Yes, self-hosted is in beta now: a one-command Docker install, every feature without monthly quotas and a 30-day trial license. Details are on the Self-hosted page.
